You agree to use TimePer only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the service. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
TimePer facilitates connections between customers, shops, and riders. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or delivery of items from shops. Riders are independent contractors, and TimePer acts as an intermediary platform.
Delivery prices are calculated based on distance and current pricing rules. Prices are displayed before order confirmation. All prices are subject to change without notice, though confirmed orders will be honored at the quoted price.
TimePer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
